HULA DANCE FITNESS – NEW!

Hula Dance Fitness is a class based on beautiful Hula dance moves, combining fitness components of a cardio workout, muscular strength, body toning, balance, flexibility and stretching with graceful feminine energy. Hula Dance Fitness focuses on strengthening the core, abs, legs and gluteus area, along with providing great benefit for pelvic floor health. Fun, easy, and will boost your self-confidence!

Cathy Liang is an experienced dance instructor and  has been teaching Hula Dance Fitness for many years. Her favorite part of teaching is exchanging loving, happy energy with people through dance.
