Free Support for Caregivers

Most of us, at some point in our lives, we will provide care to someone close to us.  This can include providing physical, emotional or cognitive assistance in a variety of different settings including at home or at a care facility.  This presentation is a great way to learn about all the free programs, services an resources offered by the Ontario Caregiver Organization and the Alzheimer’s Society of Toronto and how you can get connected to them.
