April 8, 2025 @ 9:45 am – 10:45 am – YOU MAY CHOOSE ONE DAY ONLY: MONDAY OR TUESDAY Fitness instructor Catherine will lead exercises useful to joints and flexibility. Class includes seated and standing components, as well as mindfulness meditation.
