April 15, 2025 @ 9:45 am – 10:45 am – YOU MAY CHOOSE ONE DAY ONLY: MONDAY OR TUESDAY Fitness instructor Catherine will lead exercises useful to joints and flexibility. Class includes seated and standing components, as well as mindfulness meditation.

Improve balance, build muscle strength, prevent falls and more. Fitness Instructor Cathy will guide us through a relaxing session.
