Tai Chi

April 17, 2025 @ 9:45 am – 10:45 am – YOU MAY CHOOSE ONE MONTH ONLY: MARCH OR APRIL Tai Chi is a practice the involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.  Improve balance, build muscle strength, prevent falls and more.  Fitness Instructor Cathy will guide us through a relaxing session.
