Dance Fitness

March 14, 2024 @ 9:45 am – 10:45 am – Certified Personal Trainer Cathy will lead us through a dance workout, including low-impact dance cardio, muscle build up through dancing, chair dance for stretching and muscle strengthening. You must be registered before attending the program.

Gentle Fitness

March 14, 2024 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm – We follow a variety of seated exercise videos to help with cardio health, range of motion and limited mobility. You must be registered before attending the program.
