October 4, 2024 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Tap into your creativity with adult colouring, aromatherapy and soft music. Improves focus and reduces stress. Please bring your own colouring materials. (books, pencil crayons)
October 4, 2024 @ 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Get a full body workout with standing components. Includes some seated stretches
October 5, 2024 @ 10:15 am – 12:15 pm – For caregivers and their children aged 0-6 years of age Play and socialize in a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment. Participate in open-ended activities, S.T.E.M activities and sensory play and then join us for circle time! Connect with our RECE to ask about resources and community programs. No registration required.
October 7, 2024 @ 9:45 am – 10:45 am – Fitness instructor Catherine, will lead exercised useful for joints and flexibility. Class includes seated and standing components, as well as mindfulness meditation.
